Mango Lassicles

Capture that summer feeling with simple times and simple treats.


2 cups of frozen or fresh cubed mango

1 cup of plain yogurt

2 tablespoons of sugar (optional, and to taste)


Blend all the ingredients along with 1/2 a cup of water. Add a bit more water if the mixture is too thick to blend. Check that the mango lassi is sweetened to your liking and adjust as needed. Then pour the mango lassi into popsicle molds and freeze.


No popsicle molds? No problem -- you can totally DIY this thing. Try using small paper cups (then just peel away when frozen), small empty yogurt containers, or any other small plastic cups instead. And if you are lacking in wooden sticks, try using spoons instead.

Serves 6.
